Foot ball is one of most stressful sports in existence .due to the fact that football players need to be everything on the field. Such as he has to be explosive together with have the necessary endurance plus have enough muscle tissue to be effective on the field. He needs all this without losing speed. His workouts have to be powerful as well as dynamic especially inside the weight room .Now different positions in football involve different training methods. For instance .a running back wont have the same training procedure or workout as the line backer .Now as a whole football players need to be explosive and powerful. But what is power. Can we define it?
